About Us

Elder W.F. Faust, Jr., pastor and founder of Victory In Christ Bible Church, is an exceptional preacher and teacher of the Word of God, as well as an educator. Some long-time residents of Jacksonville may recognize the name from his father, the late Elder W.F. Faust, Sr., pastor and founder of what is now Faust Temple Church of God In Christ.

Following in the footsteps of his father, by God's grace and divine direction, he became pastor of Faust Temple, rekindling a love for the Word of God and erecting a new edifice. Since that time, through trials and tribulations, God has greatly blessed this annointed messenger to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to many.

The Victory In Christ Bible Church was formed in 1989, disseminating this great gospel to others around the city as we moved from place to place. At God's appointed time, and through much prayer, dedication and faithfulness, we purchased property at our present location, 2525 West Edgewood Avenue. Although we are in the process of renovating our building, lives within the congregation we built through the Holy Spirit on the sure foundation of God's Word.

All people are welcome to come and experience emancipation from a life of sin and to develop a blueprint for a holy and joyful life.
